Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Tokyo – explore Ameya-Yokocho Market, experience Shibuya Crossing, and enjoy a welcome dinner at a local izakaya.
Day 2: Visit Toyosu Fish Market, participate in a sushi-making workshop, explore Asakusa and Senso-ji Temple, and embark on a ramen tasting tour.
Day 3: Travel to Kyoto via Shinkansen, explore Nishiki Market, partake in a traditional tea ceremony, and savor a kaiseki dinner.
Day 4: Walk through Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, experience shojin ryori at Tenryu-ji Temple, and stroll through Gion district.
Day 5: Journey to Osaka, explore Kuromon Market, engage in an okonomiyaki cooking class, and visit Dotonbori district.
Day 6: Visit Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park, ferry to Miyajima Island to see Itsukushima Shrine, and enjoy Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki.
Day 7: Travel to Takayama, explore Miyagawa Morning Market, taste Hida beef, and participate in a soba noodle-making workshop.
Day 8: Visit Kanazawa’s Omicho Market, tour Kenroku-en Garden, explore Nagamachi Samurai District, and dine on Kaga cuisine.
Day 9: Return to Tokyo for final reflections and departure.
