At Evolve Tours, we design culinary travel experiences that go far beyond the classroom. Our programs connect students to the roots of global cuisine through cooking alongside local chefs, visiting family-run farms, and exploring markets where traditions come alive. Each trip is built in collaboration with culinary educators to match your curriculum goals while inspiring creativity, curiosity, and connection. Whether it’s learning sustainable sourcing in Costa Rica, exploring cacao and coffee culture in Peru, or mastering fermentation in Japan, your students will gain a deeper understanding of food’s impact on people and planet.
Our most popular culinary trips take students from the vibrant food markets of Mexico City and Oaxaca to the seafood traditions and minimalist kitchens of Scandinavia, and from the ancient flavors of Japan to the diverse ecosystems and Indigenous ingredients of Ecuador. Each journey blends hands-on learning, cultural immersion, and unforgettable experiences that bring global cuisine and culinary education to life.

Authentic Connection
Our programs go beyond typical cooking classes. Students learn directly from local chefs, farmers, and artisans who share their traditions, techniques, and stories. From mastering masa in Oaxaca to exploring fermentation in Scandinavia, every interaction builds cultural understanding through food.
Ingredient Source Journeys
Each itinerary highlights the origins of local ingredients—where they’re grown, harvested, and transformed. Whether visiting cacao farms in Ecuador, fish markets in Tokyo, or regenerative coffee cooperatives in Costa Rica, students witness the full journey from soil to plate.
Culture Through Cuisine
Food is the lens through which students explore history, geography, and community. Our programs connect culinary arts with local customs—exploring how culture, identity, and environment shape the dishes we share around the world.
Sustainable & Regenerative
Evolve Tours integrates sustainability into every culinary journey. Students engage with farms and kitchens that champion waste reduction, ethical sourcing, and regenerative agriculture—gaining insight into how chefs can be changemakers for a more sustainable food future.
