Day 1 – Overnight flight to Panama City
Day 2 – Arrive in Panama City, visit the Panama Canal and explore Casco Viejo (Old City)
Day 3 – Flight to David, transfer to Cerro Punta, eco-reserve hike and visit to the Hummingbird Garden
Day 4 – Hike the Quetzal Trail in Baru National Park, opportunity to spot the Quetzal bird
Day 5 – Transfer to Mount Totumas Cloud Forest, visit coffee plantation, waterfalls, and hot springs
