Day 1 - Travel to Indonesia
Board our group flights to Indonesia, stops en route.
Day 2 - Arrive in Denpasar
Transfer to our Golden Leaf Farm (GLF) Campsite in Wanagiri, Bedugul. General introduction about campsite and project orientation.
Days 3 - 6 - Community Service & Integration
Introduction to the sustainable service project we will be launching on the days ahead. The project(s) will focus on local schools, environment and interaction with local people.
Day 7 - Mt. Batur Trekking
2:00 am pick up at hotel, head out to Mt. Batur, an active volcano in Bali. We will have the opportunity to watch an incredible sunrise with amazing views of volcanic lava and Lake Batur.
Meet our local guide and start our trek to the top of Mt. Batur. Light breakfast will be served while waiting for sunrise on the top. Continue to see the crater and trek down in different way. Whilst on the way down we will clean plastic or non-organic rubbish often left by other travelers. Hot spring visit, lunch and back to hotel at Sanur.
Day 8 - White Water Rafting
Telaga Waja River, Karangasem regency, located in the slope of Mt.Agung, the highest volcano in Bali. Explore 16km natural river, meet local people and explore their daily lives, rice fields, rain forest, etc. We will help local people by cleaning up the river and trees planting on the way.
Day 9 - East Bali Exploring
Head east of Bali. Visit Kusamba Village for salt making lesson. Continue to Pantai Pasir Putih (white sand beach) and end the day at Tirta Gangga Water Palace.
Day 10 - Nusa Penida island
This morning we take a fast boat to Nusa Penida Island. Meet our local team and be escorted to a traditional market and to Goa Giri Putri Temple – a unique and incredible temple hidden in a cave in the ground! Explore the holy place for Hindus and Buddhists. Continue to Bali Starling Foundation and sea weed farm. Overnight on the island, camp or hotel.
Day 11 - Nusa penida Island
Morning snorkeling off of a traditional boat. Nusa Penida is well known for its clear crystal waters. We will explore marine life by snorkeling in famous sites such as Manta Point, Mangrove Point, Gamat Bay and Crystal Bay. Explore the fish and coral, learn about appropriate environmental protection, conservation & maintenance for the area. Back to Sanur.
Day 12 - Homeward Bound
Board our flights home after an inedible trip to Indonesia together.
