
Canadian Rocky Music Festival
Activities:
- Participate in the Canadian Rocky Mountain Festival
- Perform with your music ensemble for a 30 minute performance with your group (possibility to add multiple performances up to 3)
- Receive an hour-long session with one of the facilitators
- Attend Festival and Showcase concerts, general sessions, and master classes.
The Canadian Rocky Mountain Festival is an exciting experience which highlights performing, listening and learning. Every year, the Festival is held in Banff, considered the ‘Jewel of Music Festivals’ in Canada.

Day 1 - Travel to Banff
Meet as a group at the airport and board your flight to Calgary, Alberta. Once you arrive, transfer to your accommodations in Banff. Once you are settled in, head out for a welcome dinner as a group! Return to our hotel for the evening and get ready for the days ahead.
Days 2 - 3 - Canadian Rocky Music Festival
Start our day off and head to the Banff Centre and participate in the Canadian Rocky Music Festival. Enjoy performing, listening to other ensembles, clinic and workshop opportunities for Concert Bands, Concert/Chamber Choirs, Jazz Bands and Jazz Choirs. Afterwards, head to dinner as a group, before returning to our accommodations for the evening.
Day 4 - Homebound
Today, we will enjoy our last day at the Canadian Rocky Festival for the morning. Then, transfer as a group to the Calgary International Airport. Arrive home after an exciting music trip to Banff.
