Day 1 - DEPART TO BERLIN
Board group overnight flight to Berlin, Germany
Day 2 - Explore Berlin
Berlin walking tour– Reichstag (Parliament), Branedburg Gate, Gestapo HQ, Hitler’s Bunker and Holocaust Memorial. Afternoon along Kurfürstendamm. Evening exploration of Gendarmenmarkt.
Day 3 - BERLIN AND PRAGUE
Berlin Wall Memorial – climb the tower and view a section of the wall. Guided program at the Jewish Museum. Visit Checkpoint Charlie, explore the Museum Haus. Head to Prague for the night.
Day 4 - PRAGUE AND KRAKOW
Walking tour of Prague – bridges, cathedrals, church domes, and gold -tipped towers. Tour Prague Castle. Traditional Polish cooking class in Krakow this evening.
Day 5 - KRAKOW
Tour the Jewish Community Centre of Krakow. Lunch in Stary Kleparz, a traditional food market. Visit the Cloth Hall and Town Hall Towe in Rynek Główny. Afternoon tour of Oskar Schindler’s Factory. Evening walk up to Wawel Royal Castle.
Day 6 - Krakow
Guided tour of Auschwitz-Birkena. Guided tour 135 meters underground of the UNESCO Wieliczka Salt Mines. Overnight in Krakow.
Day 7 - TRANSFER TO WARSAW
Arrive in Warsaw. Tour the Copernicus Science Centre. Explore a happening neighborhood of Warsaw this evening.
Day 8 - EXPLORE WARSAW
Guided tour of the Museum of the History of Polish Jews. Walk to the Monument of the Ghetto Heroes. Continue on to the Uprising Monument. Afternoon guided tour of Warsaw – Old Town, the Vistula River, defensive walls of Warsaw, Barbican, the Cathedral of Warsaw, the Royal Castle of Warsaw, Presidential Palace and Pilsudskiego Square. Local chocolatier for a traditional dessert after dinner.
Day 10 - Homeward Bound
Begin your journey home after an amazing trip together.
