Day 1 - Travel to Hawaii
Group flight to Hilo, Hawaii. Transfer to Hawaiʻi Volcanoes National Park. Enjoy a rustic dinner and cabin accommodation tonight
Day 2 - VOLCANOES NATIONAL PARK
Participate in a ranger led educational program – scientifically examine the aftermath of a volcanic eruption in the area. Afternoon guided hike on the Kïlauea Iki Trail. After sunset head out to see lava at night.
Days 3 - 5 - WAIMANU VALLEY BACKPACKING
Prepare for a 3 day adventure hiking and camping in the Waimanu Valley. Walk and explore Waimanu Valley’s many waterfalls and black sand beaches in the amazing back country of Hawaii. After this challenging 20 mile trip, you’ll agree Waimanu is a true paradise.
Day 6 - KAYAK & SNORKEL KEALAKEKUA BAY
Day tour kayaking and snorkeling at Kealakekua Bay and Captain Cook’s Memorial. Kayak in the historic Kealakekua Bay, then snorkel at Captain Cook’s Monument.
Day 7 - Homeward Bound
Transfer to the airport and begin our journey home, after an amazing trip experiencing Hawaii together!
