  • Day 1: Arrival in Paris – The City of Lights

    We arrive in Paris, where café-lined boulevards, historic monuments, and world-renowned art immediately immerse us in the magic of France. After settling into our accommodations, we embark on a walking tour of the Latin Quarter, discovering Shakespeare & Co. bookstore, the Pantheon, and the lively student atmosphere of the Sorbonne. In the evening, we enjoy a welcome dinner featuring classic French dishes such as coq au vin, ratatouille, and crème brûlée, while discussing the adventures ahead.

  • Day 2: Paris – Art, Architecture & Culture

    We begin our day at the Louvre Museum, home to thousands of masterpieces, including the Mona Lisa and the Venus de Milo. A guided tour introduces us to the evolution of French art and its influence on global culture. Next, we explore the Marais district, known for its charming streets, elegant mansions, and thriving fashion scene. We stop at a boulangerie for a hands-on croissant-making workshop, learning the delicate art of French pastry. As night falls, we take a sunset cruise along the Seine River, passing by Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Eiffel Tower, and the Musée d’Orsay, as we see Paris illuminated in all its splendor.

  • Day 3: Versailles – Royalty & Revolution

    A day trip takes us to Château de Versailles, the grand palace of Louis XIV, the Sun King. We wander through the Hall of Mirrors, the lavish royal apartments, and the meticulously designed gardens, learning about the extravagant lives of French monarchs and the events leading to the French Revolution. After returning to Paris, we enjoy an evening at Montmartre, where street artists, musicians, and historic cabarets create a vibrant atmosphere. A stop at the Sacré-Cœur Basilica offers breathtaking views over the city.

  • Day 4: Normandy – D-Day Beaches & Medieval History

    We travel to Normandy, where the coastal cliffs and rolling countryside hold centuries of history. Our first stop is Giverny, the home of Claude Monet, where we walk through his famous water lily gardens, seeing the landscapes that inspired Impressionist masterpieces. Next, we visit the D-Day landing beaches, where we reflect on the events of June 6, 1944, exploring the American Cemetery and Omaha Beach, paying tribute to the soldiers who fought in World War II. We end the day in the medieval town of Bayeux, known for its incredible 11th-century tapestry depicting the Norman conquest of England.

  • Day 5: Mont Saint-Michel – A Fairytale Island

    A visit to Mont Saint-Michel, a breathtaking island abbey rising from the sea, takes us back to medieval times. As we climb its narrow stone streets and towering fortress walls, we learn about the monks who built this architectural wonder and the strategic battles fought here. After exploring the abbey’s Gothic halls and stunning coastal views, we enjoy a traditional meal of omelette de la mère Poulard, a specialty of the region.

  • Day 6: The Loire Valley – Castles & Countryside

    We venture into the Loire Valley, home to some of France’s most enchanting châteaux. We explore Château de Chambord, a Renaissance masterpiece with double-helix staircases and sprawling gardens, before visiting Château de Chenonceau, known as the "Ladies’ Castle" for its history of influential female residents. The afternoon takes us to a family-run vineyard, where we learn about winemaking traditions and sample some of the region’s best wines, paired with local cheeses and fresh baguettes.

  • Day 7: Provence – Lavender Fields & Roman Ruins

    A high-speed TGV train whisks us to Provence, where rolling lavender fields, historic villages, and Roman ruins await. Our first stop is Avignon, where we visit the Palace of the Popes, a stunning medieval fortress that once housed the leaders of the Catholic Church. In the afternoon, we take part in a lavender distillation workshop, learning about the healing properties of this iconic flower and its role in French perfumery.

  • Day 8: French Riviera – The Glamour of the Mediterranean

    We arrive on the French Riviera, where the blue waters of the Mediterranean meet glamorous seaside towns. In Nice, we stroll along the Promenade des Anglais, stopping at a local market to taste Niçoise salad, socca (chickpea flatbread), and fresh seafood. Next, we explore Monaco, the world’s second-smallest country, where we visit the Prince’s Palace and the famous Monte Carlo Casino. A stop in Eze, a hilltop medieval village, offers breathtaking views and a visit to a historic perfume factory, where we learn the art of French fragrance-making.

  • Day 9: Back to Paris – Final Reflections

    Returning to Paris, we spend our final day exploring Le Marais or the Champs-Élysées, picking up artisan chocolates, designer fashion, and handmade souvenirs. For our farewell experience, we visit the Opéra Garnier, one of Paris’ most stunning architectural gems, before enjoying a final dinner at a classic Parisian brasserie, raising a toast to the incredible journey we’ve had.

  • Day 10: Departure – Carrying France with Us

    On our final morning, we reflect on the art, history, and flavors that have shaped our experience in France. Before heading to the airport, we enjoy one last freshly baked croissant and café au lait, soaking in the atmosphere of this timeless and beautiful country. As we bid adieu to France, we take home a deeper understanding of its culture, traditions, and the joie de vivre that makes it one of the most inspiring places in the world.
