- Accommodations: Two-night stay at a Sudbury hotel, student quad-occupancy, chaperones in single rooms.

- Transport: 56-person coach for travel between Barrie and Sudbury, with additional in-town travel as required.

Itinerary
Day 1: March 26, 2024
8:30 AM – 11:15 AM: Travel from Eastview Secondary School, Barrie, to Sudbury.
11:30 AM – 12:15 PM: Lunch (own purchase) at Walmart plaza, 2416 Long Lake Rd.
12:15 PM – 12:30 PM: Transfer to Science North.
12:30 PM – 3:00 PM: Visit Science North.
3:00 PM – 3:15 PM: Transfer to hotel.
3:15 PM – 4:15 PM: Check-in, settle into rooms.
4:15 PM – 10:00 PM: Rehearsals in hotel common room, pizza dinner, and movie.
Day 3: March 27, 2024
8:00 AM: Breakfast at the hotel.
9:00 AM – 11:30 AM: Rehearsals in hotel common room.
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Lunch (own purchase) at Elm Place Food Court (may require bus transfer).
1:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Transfer and activities at Sudbury Secondary School.
5:00 PM – 6:30 PM: Group dinner (pre-paid) at a restaurant like East Side Mario’s or Kelsey’s.
6:30 PM: Return to the hotel.
Day 3: March 28, 2024
8:00 AM: Breakfast at the hotel.
9:00 AM: Check out.
9:30 AM – 4:00 PM: Transfer and festival participation at Sudbury Secondary School; lunch (own purchase) at Elm Place.
4:00 PM – 7:30 PM: Travel back to Eastview, dinner stop en route
