- Service at Hogar Ama Orphanage: Paint and play games with children.
- Football match: Play a friendly football match with the children at the orphanage.

- Giant tree climbing: Climb a 300-year-old tree up to a 70-foot platform.
- Medicinal plant workshop: Learn about local medicinal plants from a shaman.
- Tortilla making: Learn how to make traditional tortillas from scratch.

Itinerary
Day 1: March 16, 2025
Arrival in San José
Morning
- Group departs from Vancouver and travels to San José, Costa Rica.
Evening
- Arrival at Juan Santa María International Airport (SJO). Meet guides and collect luggage.
- Transfer to hotel and check-in.
- Light dinner at the hotel or nearby restaurant.
- Settle into rooms and rest.
Day 2: March 17, 2025
Service Project at Hogar Ama Orphanage
Morning
- Group breakfast at the hotel.
- Depart for Hogar Ama Orphanage and begin service work (painting, playing games with children).
Afternoon
- Lunch with the children at the orphanage.
- Continue the service project at Hogar Ama.
Evening
- Transfer back to the hotel.
- Dinner and rest.
Day 3: March 18, 2025
Transfer to the Rainforest Lodge
Morning
- Group breakfast at the hotel.
- Transfer to Rainforest Eco-Lodge via 4×4 vehicle, including a hand-powered gondola crossing.
Afternoon
- Lunch at the lodge.
- Orientation at the Adventure Center and bunk assignments.
- Learn the history of chocolate by peeling, grinding, and eating it.
Evening
- Dinner at the Eco-Lodge.
- Free time for relaxation.
Day 4: March 19, 2025
Rainforest Lodge Activities
Morning
- Group breakfast at the lodge.
- Giant tree climbing experience with a 70-foot platform ascent.
Afternoon
- Lunch on site.
- Rotation of activities: one group learns about medicinal plants with a local shaman, while the other learns to make tortillas and traditional foods.
- Optional swim in the rainforest river.
Evening
- Dinner on site.
- Jungle Nightlife Program to observe nocturnal wildlife.
Day 5: March 20, 2025
Rafting at Savegre River
Day 6: April 15, 2025 – Rafting at Savegre River
Morning
- Breakfast at the lodge.
- Transfer to Savegre River for a rafting adventure.
Afternoon
- Lunch by the river.
- Return to the hotel for relaxation.
Evening
- Group dinner and free time at the hotel.
Day 6: March 21, 2025
Surfing Lessons and Community Service
Morning
- Group breakfast at the hotel.
- Participate in a community project near Hermosa Beach.
Afternoon
- Lunch at the project site.
- Private surfing lessons at Hermosa Beach.
Evening
- Dinner at the hotel with free time for relaxation.
Day 7: March 22, 2025
Manuel Antonio National Park
Day 9: April 18, 2025 – Manuel Antonio National Park
Morning
- Group breakfast at the hotel.
- Travel to Manuel Antonio National Park.
Afternoon
- Explore the park and enjoy lunch.
- Beach time at Manuel Antonio.
Evening
- Return to the hotel for dinner and relaxation.
