Merida + Mexico City, History & Cultural Tour
Day 1: April 18, 2025
Travel to Merida
In the morning,
Board your flight to Merida, via connection.
In the afternoon,
Arrive in Merida and meet your Evolve Tours director, excited to spend the next days together. Transfer to your hotel via private transfer. Check in to the hotel and Welcome orientation.
In the evening,
Enjoy your first Dinner as a group in Merida, followed by an evening Walking tour of historic Merida
Day 2: April 19, 2025
Explore Merida
In the morning,
After breakfast at the hotel, embark on a morning walking tour of historic Merida city center
In the afternoon,
After Lunch, enjoy a Cultural activity (TBD).
In the evening,
Group Dinner, followed by a stroll in Merida
Day 3: April 20, 2025
Chichen Itza
In the morning,
After breakfast, get ready for a full day excursion to Chichen Itza and national park
In the afternoon,
Return to the hotel
In the evening,
Dinner & Flight to Mexico City
Upon arrival in Mexico City, Transfer to your hotel via private transfer and check in to the hotel.
Day 4: April 21, 2025
Teotihuacan
In the morning,
After breakfast, embark on a full day excursion to Teotihuacan.
Enjoy lunch at cave restaurant.
In the afternoon,
Return to the hotel.
In the late afternoon / evening,
Walking tour of Roma and Condesa, followed by a group Dinner.
Day 5: April 22, 2025
Chapultepec Park
In the morning,
After breakfast, start your day exploring the Anthropology Museum.
In the afternoon,
After lunch, continue exploring Polanco, Lincoln Park and Chapultepec Park.
In the evening,
Group Dinner in Roma Norte
Day 6: April 23, 2025
Mexico City Historic Center Exploration
In the morning,
After breakfast, Historic Walking tour of center city & lunch
In the afternoon,
Return to the hotel
In the evening,
Enjoy group Dinner, followed by a Folklorico performance.
Day 7: April 24, 2025
Coyoacan Exploration
In the morning,
After breakfast, visit the Leon Trotsky house museum.
Visit Frida Khalo house museum
In the afternoon,
Enjoy a Coyoacan walking tour, including Lunch at market.
In the evening,
Enjoy group Dinner.
Day 8: April 25, 2025
Homeward Bound
In the morning,
After breakfast, transfer to Mexico airport for the flight back to Boston, via connection.
Arrive back in Boston, excited to share with family and friends the rich experiences that characterized this memorable trip to Mexico.
