Accommodations
The team will stay at Club Pachina in Freeport, Bahamas
Room Breakdown:
- Students: 3-4 students per room, depending on room configuration, ensuring comfort and supervision.
- Chaperones: 2 chaperones per room for privacy and convenience.
Meals
- Breakfast and dinner included daily
- Students will have some time to purchase lunches, snacks other meals as needed
Transportation
- International Flights: Round-trip flights between Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) and Grand Bahama International Airport (FPO).
- Private Bus: A dedicated private bus will handle all transfers on Freeport Island, including airport pick-up/drop-off, transport to and from Freeport Rugby Football Club for training, and travel to daily excursions.

Itinerary
Day 1:
Arrival and Welcome
Morning: Group departs from your local airport.
Afternoon: Arrive at Grand Bahama International Airport and meet your private bus for transfer to Club Pachina.
Evening:
Check-in at Club Pachina and settle into rooms.
Group dinner at the hotel.
Welcome meeting to review the week’s schedule, set expectations, and distribute training materials.
Day 2:
Training and Team Fun at Pirate's Cove
- Morning:
- 7:30 AM: Breakfast at the hotel.
- 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Rugby training session at Freeport Rugby Football Club (FRFC).
- Focus on fitness drills, basic skills, and scrimmages with input from local rugby coaches.
- 12:30 PM: Return to the hotel for a shower and rest.
- Afternoon:
- 1:30 PM: Depart for Pirate’s Cove Water Park.
- 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Enjoy student-friendly activities like paddleboarding, kayaking, and beach volleyball.
- 5:30 PM: Return to the hotel.
- Evening:
- 6:30 PM: Dinner at the hotel.

Day 3:
Rugby Training and Cultural Exploration
