Itinerary
Day 1:
Travel to Japan!
Morning: Board flight from Montreal to Tokyo.
Afternoon: In transit.
Evening: Arrive in Tokyo, meet your Evolve Tour Director, and board a private coach bus to the hotel. Check in and enjoy a welcome Bento Dinner at the hotel. Get some rest for tomorrow.
Day 2:
Tokyo
Morning: Take the subway to Odaiba area. Visit the Miraikan National Museum of Emerging Science & Innovation.
Afternoon: Lunch, followed by a visit to Tokyo Joypolis.
Evening: Explore Tsukishima area, and enjoy dinner at a Monjyayaki restaurant. Return to the hotel by subway.
Day 3:
Cultural Tokyo
Morning: Visit Kokugikan Sumo Stadium Museum and the Tokyo Memorial Hall. Explore Kyu-Yasuda Teien Garden.
Afternoon: Take the subway to Asakusa. Lunch, visit Sensoji Temple, and free time in Nakamise area.
Evening: Dinner at a restaurant in Sky Tree building, followed by a visit to Sky Tree. Return to the hotel.
Day 4:
Travel to Hiroshima
Morning: Breakfast, pack essentials for two days, and take the bullet train to Hiroshima.
Afternoon: Arrive in Hiroshima, visit the Peace Memorial Museum.
Evening: Check in at the hotel and enjoy a group dinner.
Day 5:
Hiroshima & Miyajima
Morning: Breakfast, meet for a Kendo lesson at Numata High School.
Afternoon: Lunch at Miyajima service area, ferry ride to Miyajima, visit Itsukushima Shrine.
Evening: Return to Hiroshima, dinner and evening exploration.
Day 6:
Himeji Castle & Kyoto
Morning: Breakfast, take a train to Himeji. Visit Himeji Castle with a guide.
Afternoon: Lunch, head to Kyoto by train. Check in and visit the Kyoto International Manga Museum.
Evening: Group dinner in Kyoto.
Day 7:
Kyoto Temples & Arashiyama
Morning: Visit Kinkakuji Temple, then head to Arashiyama Bamboo Grove for lunch and exploration.
Afternoon: Enjoy matcha time, then visit Fushimi Inari Shrine.
Evening: Dinner at a local food court and return to the hotel.
Day 8:
Osaka Day Trip
Morning: Travel to Osaka, visit Osaka Aquarium.
Afternoon: Lunch, visit the Instant Ramen Museum, and explore Dotonbori Shopping Town.
Evening: Dinner at an Okonomiyaki restaurant, return to Kyoto.
Day 9:
Kyoto & Traditional Arts
Morning: Visit Nijo-jo Castle, explore Nishiki food market for lunch.
Afternoon: Rest at the hotel, then visit Kiyomizu-dera Temple.
Evening: Watch a traditional Japanese arts performance in Gion and enjoy a group dinner.
Day 10:
Departure
Morning: Breakfast, private coach transfer to the airport.
Afternoon/Evening: Flight home from Tokyo.
