Day 1:
Fly to San Jose, Costa Rica!

Day 2:
Volleyball Games and programming
Morning:
- Welcome and introduction to the program.
- Ice-breaking activities and team-building exercises.
- Brief orientation about Costa Rica and San Jose.
Afternoon:
- Volleyball training session 1: Focus on fundamental skills (serving, passing, setting).
- Lunch break.
- Evening:
- Cultural activity: Visit a local market or historic site in San Jose.
- Group dinner at a traditional Costa Rican restaurant.
Day 3:
Volleyball Games and programming
Morning:
- Breakfast.
- Volleyball Games against local competition
- Snack break.
Afternoon:
- Adventure activity: Choose from options like zip-lining, canopy tours, or a nature hike in the surrounding area.
- Lunch.
- Relaxation time at a local spa or hot springs.
Evening:
- Group dinner with a focus on local cuisine.
- Evening beach bonfire with team bonding activities.
Day 4:
Volleyball Tournament and programming
Morning:

- Volleyball tournament among participating teams.
- Awards ceremony for outstanding performances.
Afternoon:
- Farewell lunch and closing ceremony.
- Optional sightseeing or shopping in San Jose.
- Free time for students to explore.
Evening:
- Final group dinner at a scenic location.

Savegre River, White Water Rafting & Salsa!

Rafting Safety Talk: Before we begin, paddling, safety, and other on-river skills and instructions will be taught. We will need to work as a team to manoeuvre rapids. | |
Rafting along the Savegre River Guided in Boats by local professional River Rafting Guides. Depending on River Heights, you can expect Class 2-4 rapids which are regularly enjoyed by Beginner, Novice and Advanced rafting participants. We will take a hike to layered waterfalls and discover which one makes the best shower! Our rafts will travel down river until we reach the coast. | |

We will head straight to the beach for our private surfing lessons. We will spend some time learning the techniques of surfing (with certified/experienced instructors) on the beach before we head into the water for lessons. | |
