Day 1:

Travel to Peru

Morning: Depart from home airport and begin the journey to Lima, Peru.
Evening: Arrive in Lima, meet your Evolve Tours Director, and transfer to your hotel for check-in and rest.

Day 2:

Explore Lima

Morning: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, followed by a hands-on cooking class with expert Peruvian chefs.
Afternoon: Embark on a guided culinary and cultural tour of Lima, exploring its historic landmarks and cuisine.
Evening: Participate in a homemade dinner hosted by a local family for an immersive cultural experience.

Day 3:

Lima Culinary Arts Program

Morning: Visit the Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola for a culinary orientation and hands-on workshop with students.
Afternoon: Enjoy lunch featuring your prepared dishes and receive certificates of participation.
Evening: Savor Amazon-inspired cuisine at a renowned local restaurant.

Day 4:

Fly to Cusco

Morning: Transfer to the airport for an early flight to Cusco. Upon arrival, explore Sacsayhuamán Archaeological Park.
