Daily Itinerary

Day 1 - Travel to Ghana

Depart on your group overnight flight to Accra, Ghana.

Days 2 - 3 - Cape Coast

You will be greeted in Accra by your Evolve guide and private bus. Travel to Cape Coast to explore the beauty of Kakum National Park. Learn some basic language and culture and get acclimated to our new home for the next few weeks.

 

Days 4 - 7 - Prampram

Check into our beachside hotel and begin our volunteer project with local schools and nearby villages. Students will have a chance to work on painting, fixing buildings and interacting with local children.

Days 8 - 9 - Hohoe

Welcome to Hohoe! Here we will visit the Wli Waterfalls, which are the tallest in Ghana. These waterfalls are situated in Agumatsa Wildlife Sanctuary near the Wli Village on the Togolese border. In the local villages, we will interact with different communities and learn various skills such as basket weaving and other local trades.

Day 10 - Travel to Ho

Visit the monkey sanctuary at Tafi-Atome and later travel to Ho where we will spend the next two days working on another community service project.

Day 11 - Tsito

Today we will have a chance to volunteer our time at a local orphanage in Tsito-Awudome where we will have various team projects to work on. Projects may include light construction, fixing and painting.

Day 12 - Accra

Depart for Accra and do some last minute shopping at a local village. Spend the night in Accra.

Day 13 - Homeward Bound

Depart for home after an amazing community trip to Ghana together!
